Our Story

To be eligible for a return the customer must first notify one of our Customer Service Representatives at help@cosmagia.com. Once notified, the representative will confirm that your order is eligible and will provide instructions for the return. The customer is responsible for paying for the cost of shipping the return back to our facility. Once received, our team will inspect the goods to confirm they are in the same condition that they were in when we shipped the order. Any items that arrive damaged or in a condition different than that which it was in when we shipped the order will not count towards the refund and the value will be deducted from the refund. This includes boxes that have been opened or the plastic wrap removed.
